At the Education Advisory Board, I work as a Senior Analyst with the IT Forum, which serves over 200 higher education CIOs with best practice research, insights, and implementation toolkits.

My research has focused on IT governance, data governance, future roles in higher education IT, enterprise architecture and integration, and risk management. As well as conducting hundreds of interviews with CIOs from institutions across North America, I synthesize best practice research into educational materials, and deliver this content to both higher education executives and IT professionals.
